About the Role:

As a Food & Beverage Admin, you will support food costing administration, focusing on accurate data input, documentation, and basic costing updates across both F&B Product and F&B Service departments. This role is suitable for candidates with an Accounting background who are detail-oriented and interested in supporting operational data and administrative processes in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Costing Support (Data Input Focus):

• Input and update food costing and menu costing data into the system or Excel Record recipe details, ingredient pricing, and portion information

• Update costing data based on supplier price changes

• Maintain and organize costing files, recipes, and price lists

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all costing data

Administrative Support (F&B Product & Service):

• Handle daily administrative tasks for both F&B Product and F&B Service

• Maintain proper documentation of costing, recipes, and reports

• Assist in purchase documentation, supplier coordination, and invoice recording

• Support basic inventory data input related to costing purposes

• Ensure all documents are properly filed and updated

Reporting & Documentation:

• Assist in preparing simple costing summaries and reports

• Ensure all data is accurate, organized, and up to date

• Support internal documentation and administrative processes

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

1–2 years of experience in administration or accounting (fresh graduates are welcome)

Basic understanding of data input, documentation, and simple calculations

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data entry)

Detail-oriented, organized, and careful with data accuracy
