Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), depending on the position. Prior experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or relevant field is preferred (1–3 years for staff, internships open to fresh graduates). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer-oriented and service-minded, with a professional attitude. Able to work in a team and coordinate effectively with colleagues from different departments. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Eagerness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. For internship positions: currently enrolled in a relevant study program or recent graduate.
