Deskripsi Pekerjaan

"Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Executive to support the sales growth of several F&B brands under our management. This role requires a dynamic and target-driven individual who is passionate about food & beverage, understands the local market, and has strong networking and negotiation skills. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and supporting marketing and promotional efforts across all assigned F&B brands.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue across multiple F&B brands • Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and resellers (e.g., catering clients, events, corporate clients, resellers, marketplaces) • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction • Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and meet monthly targets • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events • Represent the brand in tastings, pop-up events, partnerships, and sales visits • Conduct competitor analysis and provide feedback to management on market trends • Coordinate order processing and follow-up with operations to ensure timely delivery • Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries and complaints professionally • Visit outlets or event locations if needed, especially during client activations or bulk orders" "Job Requirements: • Male or female, aged 25–38 years • Minimum diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B sales, catering, or food distribution • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build client networks • Passion for the food & beverage industry and good product knowledge • Able to work independently, manage multiple brands and client needs simultaneously • Willing to be placed
