3. Content Production

• Plan, coordinate, and execute content shoots.

• Edit content (photos & videos) based on approved schedule and brief.

4. Publishing & Scheduling

• Schedule and post content consistently across all platforms.

• Ensure visual and brand consistency.

5. Community Management

• Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions daily.

• Engage with audience to build loyalty and organic reach.

6. Performance Reporting

• Track and report key metrics monthly (reach, engagement, growth).

• Share insights and suggestions for optimization.

7. Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated with social media trends and apply relevant ideas.

• Benchmark against competitors and industry best practices.

8. Campaign & Event Support

• Assist in launching promos, new products, and events on social media.

• Coordinate content pre/during/post campaign execution.

9. Collaboration

• Work closely with internal team (design, photo, video, marketing).

• Join weekly sync and monthly review sessions.
