F&B Trainer

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field according to the position • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry • For managerial positions, proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required • Good knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities related to the position • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good leadership and problem-solving skills for supervisory/managerial positions • Customer-oriented, professional, responsible, and service-minded • Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team • Good command of English, both spoken and written • Additional language skills are an advantage, especially Spanish or French for the relevant GRO positions • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required • Good grooming and professional appearance • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude • Physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the position
