Finance, Accounting and Tax Senior Staff

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and accounting records across multiple business entities and brands.

2. Monitor and reconcile daily sales, cash flow, bank transactions, payment gateways, and outlet revenue reports.

3. Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, vendor payments, and expense monitoring.

4. Manage monthly financial closing, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

5. Monitor operational expenses, inventory costs, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and outlet-level profitability.

6. Prepare financial reports and analysis to support management decisions, budgeting, and business performance monitoring.

7. Ensure accurate tax calculations, reporting, and timely tax payments in compliance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.

8. Handle tax administration, including PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, tax reconciliation, and coordination of tax filings.

9. Maintain proper financial documentation, accounting records, and supporting documents for audit and tax purposes.

10. Coordinate with operational teams, outlet managers, vendors, and external parties on financial and accounting matters.

11. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, internal controls, and accounting procedures across business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax roles.

• Previous experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-outlet businesses is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and taxation regulations.

• Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, financial closing, financial reporting, and tax administration.

• Familiarity with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple entities, and meet reporting deadlines.
