Finance & Accounting Internship

Job Description:

1. Assist in financial data entry, reconciliation, and data cleaning to ensure accuracy of records.

2. Support the Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) process

3. Support the preparation of audit documentation

4. Archive all finance and tax-related documents in an organized and systematic manner

5. Assist in the execution of internal and external audit processes

6. Support month-end closing activities related to AP and AR transactions

7. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding payment and billing matters

8. Assist with other ad hoc finance projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Economics, or Management

2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

3. Basic knowledge of Accounting and Tax

4. Intermediate proficiency in Spreadsheet/ Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

5. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

6. Familiarity with filing systems and document management
