Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 3–5 years experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in hospitality / hotel / restaurant industry Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Honest, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Candidates should have strong communication skills and a positive attitude Proven experience in professional hospitality environment is an advantage Technical Requirements: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control Able to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Understand taxation (PPh, PPN) and company compliance Proficient in accounting software and Ms. Excel Able to manage cash flow, AR/AP, and payroll system Familiar with internal audit and financial control procedures High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data Able to analyze financial performance and provide management reports Maintain confidentiality of financial information Must be willing to work & live in Tomohon, North Sulawesi
