Finance Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and report accurate financial statements in compliance with standards.

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and conduct variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

• Monitor and optimize cash flow to support the company's operational and growth needs.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to provide actionable business insights.

• Ensure tax compliance and maintain strong internal controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting (experience in a startup or SME is a strong plus).

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.

• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial data management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail.

• A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to build systems and processes from scratch.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, "get-things-done" attitude.
