Finance Accounting Tax

Job Description:
This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Finance Accounting Tax (FAT) Staff professional located in North Jakarta, Pluit. The responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing tax compliance, operating accounting software, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate reporting and efficient financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax workflows to ensure full compliance with the latest regulations.

• Knowing about transition and integration of company tax processes into the Coretax System (PSIAP) also prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

• Oversee all tax compliance activities including VAT, e-Bupot Unifikasi, and annual corporate income tax filings.

• Perform periodic internal reviews to enhance financial process efficiency and internal controls.

• Provide actionable financial insights and trend analysis to support management decision-making.

• Serve as the primary liaison for tax authorities, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

• Maintain rigorous record-keeping standards in alignment with local and international accounting principles

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FAT roles.

• In-depth knowledge of Coretax (PSIAP) and the latest tax regulations under the HPP Law.

• Professional certification such as Brevet A & B (Brevet C or CA/CPA is a significant advantage).

• High proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Proven track record in financial reporting and tax audit management.

• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.

• Clean criminal record evidenced by a valid Police Record Certificate (SKCK).

• Willingness to undergo residence verification as part of our background check process.
