Responsibilities:





Record and verify daily financial transactions (cash, bank, AP/AR, petty cash).



Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and under supervisor guidance.



Perform bank reconciliations and reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable.



Support the preparation and submission of tax reports (VAT, Income Tax Article 21 & 23, Monthly Tax Reports). * Assist in monitoring cash flow and budget usage.



Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial and tax-related data.



Support the implementation of finance & accounting SOPs.



Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth financial operations.



Assist in internal and external audit processes when required.



⁠Requirements:





Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance.



Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).



Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTable).



Familiarity with accounting software such as Accurate or ERP systems is a plus.



Basic understanding of PSAK, VAT, and Indonesian Income Tax regulations.



Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible in handling financial tasks.



Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
