FINANCE ACCOUNTING TAX SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• -Min S1 Majoring at Accounting

• -Min 3 years of experiences in Accounting/Tax/Finance as a staff, or 2 years of experiences as supervisor (Especially in Reporting) in Manufacture / Toll Manufacturing Industry Company

• -Familiar with Accurate Online or Other ERP System

• -Familiar with Coretax or ESPT

• -Preferably can speak English and or Mandarin

• -Well understanding in Accounting Journal, Income Statement Preparation, and Balance sheet Preparation

• -Excellent in Microsoft Excel to reconcile data in huge amounts with the complexity

• -Able to good communicate, having good leadership and critically thinking

• -Able to work under pressure, work independently as well as with team

• -Having willingness to work overtime to meet the requirements targets from Ass Manager

• -Preferably live near to Bogor Kabupaten

Responsibilities:

• -Supervise and monitor All Accounting Staff, to have all their job in Accounting/Finance/Tax can run very well in accordance with Standard Procedure and all under controlled

• -Prepare Accounting Journal, Bank Reconciliation and Financial Reportings

• -Prepare Details outstanding balance sheet

• -Prepare COGS Analysis by Product

• -Review all payment document to supplier before approved by Ass Manager Accounting

• -Review VAT and WHT Reporting and reconcile all tax matter

• -Perform Cash Opname in Finance

• -Coordinate with warehouse and other related department to have stock opname (monthly with internal team or yearly with external auditor)

• -Assist other task by Ass Manager Accounting in fulfilment of Audited Financial Report and SP2 Tax Authorities as well as preparation the answer of SP2DK
