Requirements • Male/Female • Minimum Diploma Degree in Accounting, Management, Administration, or Related Majors • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Especially Excel and Word • Detail-Oriented, Well-Organized, and Possesses Strong Administrative Skills • Good Communication and Coordination Skills • Able to Work Independently as Well as in a Team • Experience in Finance/Administration Is an Advantage • Applicants Domiciled in the Jabodetabek Area Are Preferred Benefits • Competitive Salary • Career Growth Opportunities • Professional and Dynamic Working Environment Job Responsibilities • Record and Recap the Company's Income and Expenses • Prepare Invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), and Related Administrative Documents for Customers and Vendors • Compile and Archive Customer PO Documents and Vendor Invoices • Prepare Financial and Administrative Reports on a Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Basis • Manage the Company's Operational and Administrative Needs Such as Travel Ticket Bookings, Restaurant Reservations for Meetings, Work Accommodations, and Other Administrative Requirements • Compile and Archive Company Tax and Export & Import Documents • Assist in Managing Office Administration and Other Company Documents
