Job Description Process and verify financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and payment receipts. Prepare payment schedules to vendors and ensure timely disbursements. Create and send invoices to customers, and monitor incoming payments. Follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain good relationships with vendors and customers. Record and update financial transactions in the system accurately. Perform regular reconciliation to ensure consistency between documents and recorded data. Prepare periodic reports related to payables and receivables (weekly/monthly). Organize and maintain documentation of all financial transactions. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., purchasing, sales) to ensure smooth payment and billing processes. Support the finance and accounting team during the closing and reporting periods. Requirement Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or administrative roles, especially in AP/AR (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Proficient in using finance/accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal) and Microsoft Excel. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
