Finance Intern (MAGANG)

Responsibilities:

• Recording, analyzing, and organizing all financial and legal data

• Record all vendor invoices in the accounting system in a timely manner through TALLY and generate Accounts Payable reports weekly to the CEO for approval and then make payments accordingly. Record all deposits (checks) into the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner, and file copies of receipts

• Ensure Accounts Receivable report is updated and manage inventory of items on TALLY

• Assist to manage all monthly and yearly Financial statements, month end closing process to ensure books are closed for that financial year and also assist in updating revenue and expense forecast following month end close

• Assist with the annual budget preparation process and assist in Fund-raising activities via data analysis and reports

• Assist in grants administration i.e. the preparation of grant reports or reimbursement requests for grant awards

• Prepare Payroll for review and approval. Disburse salaries after approval from the CEO.

• Create and run financial models for our 3C revenue streams and strategic projects

• Manage all documents and approvals process

• Manage full inventory control along with Supply Chain and production team

Requirements:

- A Final-Year or 7th semester Student in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration supplemented by Courses in Accounting

- Good English proficiency both spoken & written (conversational level)

- Basic data analysis skills (Excel/Gsheets)

- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills

- Understanding of Financial metrics and terminologies

- Comfortable using Social Media – Facebook/Instagram/Linkedin

- Ability to work effectively as part of a small office team

- Passion for the environment, rural economies and impact businesses

- Entrepreneurial attitude

- Mature, agile and flexible

This is an office-based (WFO) Mon-Fri internship lasting 6 months with internship allowance of IDR 500,000 monthly.
