Finance, Tax and Accounting Admin

Job Description :

• Responsible to prepare accounting journals for monthly financial statements in accordance financial reporting

• Responsible to maintain and document tax invoices received from vendor 

• Able to process and document employee reimbursement process

• Maintain relationship with external stakeholders i.e external auditors and tax auditors and provide required data requested by external stakeholders

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure all accounting, tax and financial aspects has been properly incorporated and considered prior commercial decision taken

• Ensure compliance with internal control policies in processing the employee reimbursement

• Helping finance, tax and accounting senior staff on preparing data related with external and internal audit and Accurate system implementation

• Interacts with other stakeholders in relation with the tax invoice creation and cancellation

• Responsible to prepare tax invoice for VAT out reporting

• Assist with compilation of information for preparation of tax returns

Job Requirements :

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university is a plus

• Minimum 1-2 years experiences in Accounting and Tax fields as admin

• Understand PSAK and IFRS requirements and general taxation regulations

• Strong team player who is able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse environment

• Has a strong analytical thinking especially on the business profitability

• Basic English and Bahasa

• Strong motivation to achieve the targeted timeline
