Financial Analyst

REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• At least 1 years of work experience as a Financial Analyst, Budget Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookup) and ERP/accounting software (SAP/Accurate/Others).

• High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and able to work both independently and in a team.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Preferably experienced in the manufacturing industry.

• Familiar with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.

• Skilled in reading and analyzing financial and operational reports in depth.

• Used to working under tight deadlines and time targets.

• Fluent in English Conversation is a MUST

• Strong communication and data presentation skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare and analyze financial reports and operational data to support management decision-making.

• Assist in the planning and controlling of the company’s budget.

• Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget plans.

• Develop financial projections and scenarios (forecasting) for short- and long-term business planning.

• Coordinate with related departments (Finance, Production, Sales, etc.) to gather relevant data.

• Provide financial recommendations to improve cost efficiency and company profitability.
