Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Experience with budget preparation, monitoring, and analysis
- Ability to identify key budget factors and ensure compliance with budgetary policies and procedures
- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent computer skills with MS Excel and other relevant financial software and databases
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience with government tax and financial regulations is preferred
