- The position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department such as the preparation and management of financial budgets and implementing and overseeing all activities relating to the financial aspects of the property - Create and execute a business plan aligned with the hotel's business strategy with a primary focus on the execution of financial and accounting activities and the delivery of financial results - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business - Experience as Financial Controller minimum 2 years - Fluent in English written and verbal communication - Hotel industry knowledge preferred - Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems - Strong organization skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
