Financial Planning and Analysis ( Manager & Executive )

We are seeking an experienced FPNA Analyst to join our team in Indonesia. As an FPNA Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through financial planning, network analysis, and strategic insights. Your expertise will help us optimize our operations, improve financial performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy/ACCA/CIMA

2. Well verse in Microsoft office (word,excel,powerpoint etc)

3. Fluency in bahasa and English . Chinese will be advantageous. 4. Professional certification in CPA or equivalent

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Detail-oriented and organized and problem-solving skills.

7. Strong ethical standards and integrity.

8. Willing to travel (80%)

9. Experience :

Executive = 2-3 years

Manager = 6-7 years

Responsibilities:

1. Perform analysis to identify areas of improvement .

2. Develop and maintain financial models to budget/forecast

3. Provide actionable insights and recommendation to senior management and cross functional teams.

4. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPI)

5. Leading and delivering on digital finance transformation by identifying areas for technology adoption and streamlining.
