Job Description:

Assist in preparing applications and supporting documents from the Regional Sales Manager Comm Heavy Equipment to the relevant section 

Input applications into the system and assist in monitoring applications in accordance with the established SLS targets 

Carry out the printing process of documents and their completeness before and after signing the Financing Agreement. 

Assist in preparing documents (financing agreements, credit requirements, bills, installment checks, and other documents according to the document checklist) required for the PPD process 

Create backlog approval reports 

Assist the Regional Sales Manager Comm Heavy Equipment in serving customer needs during the financing period (examples: fulfillment of checks, insurance claims, etc.) 

Assist in monitoring the performance of installment payments from customers 

Coordinate the sending of copies of financing agreements and their completeness to customers 

File related documents 

Perform general affair functions so that operations run smoothly 

Assist the Head of National Commercial Business in preparing monthly reports

Requirements:

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in any major with minimum GPA of 3.00 

Proficient in Microsoft Office 

Open to new graduates or those with 1 year of experience in administration 

Able to work individually or in a team 

High initiative, creative and agile 

Good communication skills and presentation skills
