Floor Captain

Role

The Floor Captain is responsible for supervising daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow, high service standards, and excellent guest experiences. This role acts as a key link between the service team and management, ensuring operational efficiency and team coordination during service hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations

• Lead, guide, and motivate the service team to maintain high hospitality standards.

• Ensure excellent guest service

• Manage staff deployment

• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and service quality on the floor.

• Assist in resolving operational problems

• Ensure cleanliness, setup standards, and compliance with service procedures.

Qualifications

• Age of 21-40 years old.

• Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree in a relevant field (Hospitality, Communication, and etc).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, specializing in service excellence.

• Good appearance, proportional body weight, and well-groomed.

• Strong communication skills with a hospitality-oriented mindset.

• Good leadership qualities, responsible, Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
