Are you passionate about food innovation and excited to build products from idea to market? Tani Mandiri Sukses Experiments (TMSX) is a growing agri-food group focused on agricultural inputs, field production, and output services.

We foster a culture of innovation, research, and continuous learning to help shape the future of food. We are currently looking for a Food Product Developer to join our team and lead the development of new food products from ideation, formulation, and testing to commercial production.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market and food trend research to identify new product opportunities.

• Develop product formulations and conduct product trials.

• Evaluate product quality including taste, texture, aroma, and stability.

• Prepare product specifications, SOPs, and technical documentation.

• Support sourcing and evaluation of raw materials and suppliers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development process.

• Ensure products comply with food safety standards and regulations.

We're Looking For

• Someone Who Holds a degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

• Has at least 1 year of experience in Food R&D or Product Development.

• Understands food processing, sensory analysis, and product scale-up processes.

• Is curious, open-minded, and enjoys experimentation.

• Thrives in a fast-paced and growing startup environment.
