Freelance Data Annotator - Fluent English

As a Data Annotator, you will listen to short audio clips and complete three core tasks:
- Segment: Split audio based on different speakers
- Tag: Identify the language and accent of each speaker

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality transcription results with minimal corrections
- Segment audio into clear, meaningful components
- Identify speakers and label accents accurately
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers regarding challenges or questions
- Meet deadlines while maintaining consistency and accuracy

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in any major
2. Have own laptop or PC with stable internet access
3. Strong English fluency (C1 level or higher) , listening must be C1 level or higher
4. High attention to detail, precision, and consistency
5. Can commit full time freelance job at least 1 month （at least 6 working hours daily）
6. Good time-management skills to ensure steady output
7. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to project requirements
8. Willing to offline training at Thamrin area - Jakarta for 3 days

Additional Information 1. Remote working
2. Freelance status (Will have Mitra Contract)
3. Compensation around 25k- 40k IDR per accepted task （around 3 effective minutes per task, take around 30-60 minutes to finish 1 task, Equivalent to 800k IDR per effective hour）- 1 task = sekitar 3 menit video . Biasanya 3 menit video rata-rata bisa dikerjakakan selama 30-60 menit.
4. Payments are based on accepted and quality-approved tasks
5. Training selama 3 hari tidak berbayar/tidak ada salary. Task akan mulai dihitung untuk dibayarkan setelah training selesai.
