Requirements - Having at least 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related field. - Strong understanding of recruitment practices such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing candidates, and offers. - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media recruitment strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates. - Strong ability in using Microsoft Excel. - Ability to prioritize and complete projects within the deadline and handle data with confidentiality. Job Description We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. Responsibilities - Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand the needs of specific roles and develop job descriptions and job postings that reflect those needs. - Source and recruit candidates by applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media. - Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and qualifications, providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process. - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. - Provide feedback to hiring managers on the outcome of interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
