- Coordinate with customer service team
- Responsible for preparing & checking documents and reports on export - import activities to customers
- Shipment monitoring and coordination between teams and division related
- Deliver fast and excellent solution to customers
- Min. 1 years experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics business (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Understand the process of Import & Export Declaration (PIB/PEB)
- Have experience in handling Import & Export with KITE facility
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Detail oriented & great initiative
- Eager to learn and hard working
- Able to join immediately
