- Has good knowledge of hotel information and Accor programs, rate structure, activities, product, housekeeping, front office tasks and procedures, room availability, peak season/fully booked
- Maintenance the positive appearance, proper grooming and keeps tidy is responsible for smooth check in, check out, posting all transactions and reporting
- Preferably have 1 year experience in the same position
- Good communication skill, service excellence
- Highly self-motivated, hard worker, organized goal and result oriented who thrives under pressure
