• Well-groomed and professional appearance

• Good communication skills

• Friendly, polite, and has a good attitude

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Computer and administrative skills

• Able to speak intermediate to professional English

• Willing to work in shifts (preferably willing to work night shifts)

• Previous experience in Front Office/Receptionist is required

• Able to handle guest check-in, check-out, and guest services properly

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
