Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview Responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support while maintaining a professional and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

• Being Assistant to Director (meeting schedules, accommodation for business trips).

• Perform basic administrative and clerical duties as needed.

• Assist with other administrative and ad-hoc receptionist tasks.

• Handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, finding suitable solutions to resolve issues.

• Conducting administration related to company letter numbers.
