• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant diploma/bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and professional attitude
• Well-groomed, confident, and presentable
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and adapt to new procedures and working environments
• Committed to maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction
• Relevant certifications or professional training will be an advantage
