- Assist the Room Division Manager in supervising, organizing, directing and coordinating the staff and activities of the Front Office - Provide management presence at all times by assisting with the handling of guests' needs and complaints tactfully and efficiently - Regularly facilitate meetings focused on Guest Feedback - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Good communication and customer contact skills - Results and service oriented with an eye for details - Ability to speak other languages than English will be an advantage
