- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the same function; supervisory/managerial experience is preferred
- Strong ability to lead teams and make operational decisions in a running hotel environment
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire safety
- Experienced in preventive & corrective maintenance and vendor coordination
- Proficient in Front Office operations, including Hotel PMS and guest complaint handling, experience using VHP PMS will be a strong advantage
- Strong focus on service excellence, grooming standards, and guest satisfaction
