Responsibilities :
• Supervise daily Front Office operations to ensure smooth and efficient guest service.
Lead, train, and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor check-in, check-out, reservations, and room assignment processes.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping. Engineering, and other departments.
Prepare reports, manage shift handovers, and maintain operational records.
• Support the Front Office Manager in achieving departmental goals and guest satisfaction targets.
Requirements :
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with hotel management systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
