Future Leadership Program Konsultan dan Management Bisnis

ROLE:

• Designing innovative/solution to fulfil client's requirements, 

• Driving end-to-end program innovation, either existing program improvement or new program creation, 

• Ensuring impactful and high-quality products and solutions through cross-functional collaboration, 

• Closely engage with coaches/faculties and manage their capacity development, 

• Creating inbound marketing strategy and leading end-to-end marketing activities.

Qualification: 

• Female / Male 27 - 35 years old, 

• Bachelor’s degree in management business, Psychology, Business Administration, or others, and master’s degree in business majors is preferable, 

• Min. 2-4 years working experience, preferably working in consulting industry and handle product management, product development, or product improvement, 

• Have experience as a leader min. 2 years, 

• Proficient in speaking and writing in English, 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, 

• Strong analytical and leadership skills, 

• Dare to face challenges and agile to deal with rapid change, 

• Willing to be assigned to expanded roles, 

• Ready to handle projects from various industries [i.e., banking, insurance, telecommunication, mining, construction, etc.], 

• Ready to Join in September 2025!
