GA Support & General Service Staff (MT/Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong Mandarin language skills to support translation, administrative coordination, and cross-functional communication. This role offers an opportunity to develop language expertise, gain exposure to various business functions, and contribute to smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Mandarin translation and interpretation for business documents, meetings, and external communications.

• Support administrative coordination and communication across departments.

• Prepare, review, verify, and maintain bilingual business documents and controlled records.

• Document work processes and best practices to ensure operational consistency.

• Participate in job rotation programs to gain cross-functional experience.

• Conduct Chinese language training to improve employees Mandarin communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mandarin Language, Management, or a related field.

• Proficient in Mandarin, with strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

• Able to prepare and maintain accurate bilingual business documents and reports.

• Strong communication, administrative, organizational, and translation skills.

• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.

• HSK Level 4 or above is preferred.
