Responsibilities





Act as the host in TikTok gaming live streams, creating a positive and engaging atmosphere while driving interaction and rhythm.



Interact actively with viewers, respond to comments, and encourage audience participation to increase engagement and retention.



Present game-related content based on live stream themes, including gameplay showcases, esports commentary, or mini interactive games.



Participate in the planning and execution of live events, such as fan activities, giveaways, and themed challenges.



Work closely with the operations team to optimize hosting scripts and on-camera performance, aiming to improve key metrics (watch time, engagement rate, revenue, etc.).

Requirements





Experience: Prior experience as a live streaming host, gaming streamer, esports commentator, or event MC is preferred.



Communication Skills: Fluent in Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia, with strong verbal expression, hosting, and crowd control abilities.



Gaming Enthusiast: Passionate about gaming, with knowledge of popular mobile and esports titles (e.g., Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and able to connect with gaming audiences.



On-Camera Presence: Professional appearance, strong stage presence, and the ability to engage and energize viewers effectively.



Professional Qualities: Able to adapt to fast-paced live streaming environments, with strong teamwork, creativity, and continuous learning ability.
