Job Description

● Ensure a well-maintained infrastructure & 'always ready' office stocks.

● Ensure the company inventory is well maintained and in a safe condition.

● Maintaining records of all logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents) to be submitted to the Finance Department.

● Maintaining a proper filing system and ensuring that all staff have easy access to it.

● Coordinating with security and cleaning services. ● Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.)

● Business Trip Arrangement: Arrange ticket, accommodation, transport for the business trip both domestic and overseas, calculate the transport expense.

● Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by the Office Manager.

● Greet and welcome guests and new employees as soon as they arrive at the office.

● Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

● Willing to work on public holidays and shifting schedules if needed.

Minimum Qualifications

● At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

● Prior experience as a GA and relevant field minimum 2 years.

● Able to operate advanced MS Office, especially of MS Excel

● Must be good in spoken and written English (will use English on a daily basis)

● Have experienced working in a fast paced & growing company environment, with building and facility management experience

● Dedicated to work, responsible and reliable.

● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills

● Time-management and organizational skills
