Qualification - Bachelor's/Master's in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering - 10+ years of proven experience in large-scale geotechnical projects (Indonesia) Skills & Key Responsibilities - Provide technical guidance on soil mechanics, foundation design, slope stability, and ground improvement - Lead geotechnical design and analysis across various project types - Oversee geotechnical investigations and ensure adherence to indonesian and international standards - Review and approve designs, calculations, and reports for technical accuracy and compliance - Mentor junior engineers; lead training and knowledge-sharing initiatives - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, cost-effective geotechnical solutions - Proficient in PLAXIS, CeoStudio, and other geotechnical software - Willing to travel to project sites across Indonesia
