Description:

Developing visual designs for products and packaging, including labels, packaging, and related promotional materials.

Creating designs for marketing campaigns such as print ads, digital content, social media, and other promotional materials.

Collaborating with the Marketing team to understand campaign goals and ensure designs align with brand strategy.

Developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.

Working closely with the Product Development team to support the design of innovative products that align with brand positioning.

Ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Job Spec:

Minimum of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on product development or brand design, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or consumer products industry.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience in packaging design and visual merchandising is a plus.

Ability to create digital illustrations and product visualizations.
