Qualifications: • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field... • Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Manager or Head of Department position • Proficient in Sales Management, Digital Marketing, Branding, CRM, and Business Development. • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. • Proficient in English, both spoken and written. High integrity, service-oriented, and possesses an Islamic personality. • Experience in education industry, premium services, hospitality, healthcare, or family-oriented brands • Experience handling branch opening or business expansion is highly preferred. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute effective Sales & Marketing strategies. • Accountable for achieving new student enrollment targets and institutional revenue growth. • Manage the entire admission process, from lead generation to enrollment. • Develop branding, digital marketing, and institutional communication strategies. • Enhance service quality and parent satisfaction. • Build strategic partnerships with communities, companies, and educational institutions. • Manage promotional events such as Open House, School Tour, Seminars, and Education Expos. • Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of the Sales, Marketing, and Admission teams. • Manage budgets and prepare periodic performance reports for management • Lead market expansion strategies for new campus openings, including market analysis, pre-launch campaigns, enrollment strategies, and community engagement. • Manage and optimize the enrollment funnel from awareness, inquiry, school visit, trial class, registration, and retention. • Develop parent engagement and referral strategies to increase retention and organic growth. • Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to achieve enrollment and revenue targets • Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to achieve en allment and revenue targets.
