Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Guest Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional and memorable stay at the hotel - This role focuses on enhancing guest satisfaction, managing feedback, delivering personalized services, and ensuring that Accor's hospitality standards are consistently applied across all hotel operations. - Minimum 2 Year of experience in a similar role - Able to communicate well in both Indonesian and foreign languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills - Well-groomed, neat, and professional appearance - Friendly, communicative, and customer-oriented - Warm, professional, and service-oriented personality - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure - Strong leadership, teamwork, and attention to detail.
