• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  

What will you do?

Visionary (promotion) : Implement best practices for property maintenance and guest experience, anticipating needs for exceptional stays.

Upper Management (promotion): Support the Guest Experience Manager by leading the team and assisting with training on property upkeep and guest interaction.

Strategist (promotion): Develop strategies to maintain property quality and improve guest satisfaction, using feedback to drive improvement.

Knowledge Management (promotion): Stay updated on trends, share insights, and document best practices for team learning.

Sub Management (promotion): Coordinate operational teams and oversee property inspections to ensure high standards.

Executor (promotion): Inspect properties, gather guest feedback, and resolve issues to achieve five-star reviews.
