Guest Relations Officer

About the Role
We're looking for a confident, friendly Hostess to be the face of our Indian restaurant in Canggu. Your job is to welcome guests, invite walk-ins from the street, and get people through our doors. This is a front-of-house welcoming role only; it does not include serving food or drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Stand at the entrance and actively invite passers-by to come in and dine

• Greet every guest warmly and make a great first impression

• Manage the waiting list and seat guests at suitable tables

• Answer basic questions about the menu, offers, and opening hours

• Take reservations by phone and WhatsApp

• Keep the entrance area neat and welcoming

• Thank guests and invite them back as they leave

Requirements

• Female candidates only

• Good spoken English (other languages are a plus)

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching strangers

• Neat, well-groomed, and professional

• Hospitality or front-desk experience preferred but not required

• Available for evening and weekend shifts
