Guest Relations Officer

• Minimum education of high school diploma/equivalent; relevant education or certification is a plus • Previous experience in a relevant position, preferably in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or F&B industry • Good understanding of the responsibilities and operational standards of the applied position • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills • Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure • Well-groomed and maintains a professional appearance • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is a plus • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays • Willing to be placed in Bali and follow the company’s operational requirements
