Guest Relations Officer - Villa Complex in Berawa

About the Role:

We are looking for a warm, professional, and highly motivated Reservation and Guest Relations Officer to join our hospitality team. As the face of our property, you will handle guest bookings and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from pre-arrival to check-out. You will assist with reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update tasks in TODO list daily.

• Manage all reservations (online, phone, email, walk-in).

• Work in Kommo (CRM)/Hospitable (booking engine).

• Monitor and respond to OTA messages promptly.

• Maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic allocation and pricing.

• Monitor competitors rates at different OTA by vill by weeks/month - provide reports - update prices weekly.

• Coordinate with on the field team for booking details.

• Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and no-shows.

• Handling and response to all the review.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in front office, reservations, guest services, hospitality (minimum 1 year preferred).

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient with hotel management systems and digital communication tools.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
