- Guest Service Agent (Front Office) is the first point of contact and represents the company in delivering excellent service to guests from arrival until departure - Responsible for welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner, handling check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, providing information about facilities and services, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns to ensure a comfortable and satisfying guest experience - Minimum of 1 Year of experience in a similar role - Able to communicate well in both Indonesian and foreign languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills - Well-groomed, neat, and professional appearance - Friendly, communicative, and customer-oriented - Warm, professional, and service-oriented personality - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
