Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Develop and maintain high-quality recipes for breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items. - Manage and train bakery staff, ensuring proper techniques, consistency and productivity. - Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies; order stock as needed. - Ensure all products meet quality, portion, and presentation standards. - Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness practices in compliance with health regulations. - Innovate and test new bakery items to expand and refresh the product offerings. - Track food costs and minimize waste without compromising quality. - Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front-of-house, management) to coordinate service and special events.
