Head Collection Analyst / Head Collection Strategy

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Lead and manage the Collection Telecalling team, including performance reviews and development. • Design and implement collection strategies to optimize productivity and recovery results. • Develop and enhance Collection Systems and Auto Dialer performance. • Ensure collection activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. • Plan headcount and manage departmental budget in line with business targets. • Build and maintain collaboration with other divisions such as Risk, Product Lending, and Branch Network. • Create, review, and update Collection policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Monitor collection performance metrics (Delinquency, NPL, Recovery) and ensure targets are met or exceeded. • Manage projects related to Collection enhancement, including vendor coordination and system improvements. • Support the Head of Contact Center and Division Head in achieving Cost of Credit and operational efficiency goals.

Kualifikasi:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in Collection or Credit Operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial. • Strong understanding of collection strategy, telecalling operations, auto dialer management, and system development. • Proven track record in improving collection performance and managing large teams. • Experience working in Fintech, BNPL • Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills. • Familiar with budget planning, cost control, and vendor management. • Proficient in English (written & spoken). • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
