Head of F&B Operations Manager

"Job Description: We are looking for a strategic and experienced Head of F&B Operations Manager to oversee the overall performance and growth of multiple F&B brands and outlets under our group. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day operations, driving profitability, ensuring service excellence, standardizing processes, and supporting the expansion of the F&B business. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, deep operational knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across various F&B concepts.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage end-to-end operations of multiple F&B outlets and brands • Set and implement operational standards, SOPs, and best practices across all units • Monitor and ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, and guest experience • Analyze P&L for each outlet, manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability • Lead and supervise Area Managers, Outlet Managers, Kitchen Leaders, and support departments • ensure kitchen performance, and manage food cost efficiency • Coordinate closely with marketing, finance, HR, and procurement to support operational needs • Drive staff training, development, and performance evaluation to build a high-performing team • Monitor inventory, supply chain, hygiene, and safety compliance across all operations • Identify and solve operational challenges quickly and effectively • Provide regular reports and insights to the Director/CEO for business reviews and decision-making • Benchmark against competitors and stay up-to-date with F&B trends and innovations"
