HEAD OF INVENTORY

REQUIREMENTS * Manage internal transfers in Odoo for offline stores and consignee operations. * Monitor and maintain inventory supplies and materials. * Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth product distribution and deliveries. * Monitor, control, and optimize inventory levels across warehouse operations. * Conduct regular stock counts (stock opname) to minimize inventory discrepancies. * Ensure all inventory records are accurately maintained and updated in the Odoo system. * Prepare inventory reports and provide recommendations to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. * Lead and supervise the inventory team to ensure daily operations run effectively and efficiently. # RESPONSIBILITY * Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, or Supply Chain, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role. * Hands-on experience with ERP systems (especially Odoo) is preferred. * Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, and inventory management best practices. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
